PNL TRACE Platform Usage Agreement
By accessing or using PNL TRACE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use the Service.
️ Financial Risk Notice: Trading financial instruments (Forex, Futures, Stocks, Crypto, Commodities) involves high risk and can result in the loss of your capital. PNL TRACE provides analytical software and performance tracking tools only. We do not provide financial advice, broker services, or guaranteed investment returns.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including passwords and two-factor authentication keys. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service infrastructure, uploading malicious software, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
You retain ownership of all trade logs, journal entries, and personal performance data submitted to PNL TRACE. The Platform interface, design systems, algorithms, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of PNL TRACE.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew on a recurring billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our subscription policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PNL TRACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
